FAQ
Is it safe to leave with my dog unsupervised? Supervised play is always recommended — particularly for strong chewers who may damage the casing if left alone with it.
How long does one charge last? A full charge typically supports several play sessions — battery life varies depending on how actively your dog engages with it.
How does it move? It reacts to bumps and impacts, changing direction when your dog bats or pushes it rather than running continuously on its own.
What surfaces does it work on? Works well on smooth hard floors and low-pile carpet — thick rugs may slow the movement significantly.
