Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we send order confirmation.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Products are subject to availability. We'll notify you if an item you've ordered is out of stock.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

10. Intellectual property

All site content, branding and imagery belongs to We Wuv Pets unless otherwise stated.

11. Governing law
