Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-day return window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Your right to cancel (UK cooling-off period)

If you're a consumer based in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

How to start a return

• Email us at contact@wewuvpets.com with your order number
• We'll confirm your return and send you the next steps
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Opened or used consumable products (food, treats, litter)
• Items marked as final sale
• Personalised or made-to-order items

Refund timing

Once we've received and checked your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away at contact@wewuvpets.com with photos where possible, and we'll sort it — replacement, repair or refund.
