FAQ
Can I leave it with my dog unsupervised? As with any toy, supervised play is recommended — especially for strong chewers who may damage the casing.
How do I charge it? Plug the included Micro-USB cable into any USB charger or laptop port — a full charge takes approximately 60–90 minutes.
How long does a charge last? Around 60 minutes of active play per full charge, depending on surface type and play style.
Is it suitable for indoor use? Yes — the bouncing action works on hard floors and carpet, though the unpredictable bounce means it's best used in an open area with space to move.
