Care Instructions
Wipe clean with a damp cloth after each use. Do not machine wash or tumble dry — this will damage the cooling layer. Air dry fully before folding for storage.
FAQ
How long does the cooling effect last? The mat re-activates when your dog moves off it for a few minutes and the gel resets — most dogs get several hours of cooling during a warm day with natural breaks in between.
Is the cooling gel safe if my dog chews the mat? The mat is designed for lying on, not chewing — if your dog is a chewer, supervise use or choose a more durable alternative to avoid them accessing the inner layer.
Can I use it in the car? Yes — the flat, foldable design works well on back seats, in crates and in car boots. It doesn't need refrigerating beforehand.
Which size should I choose? Measure your dog lying fully stretched out and match to the dimensions above. When between sizes, always go up so they can stretch out fully on the mat.
