FAQ

Can I fit this myself?
Yes — cut the hole to the specified dimensions, then clip the inner and outer frames together around the door panel. Full instructions included.

Is it draught-proof?
The magnetic close provides a good seal for interior and sheltered exterior doors — for exposed or coastal locations, the weatherproof pet flap may be a better fit.

What size pets can use it?
Check the inner opening dimensions in the product images against your pet's chest width and height before ordering — measure your pet first to confirm the right size.
