FAQ

Can I use it for wet food?
Yes — both dry and wet food work, but set the timer carefully as wet food spoils faster. For wet food, use shorter intervals and always check the portions are still fresh.

Does it work during a power cut?
Yes — battery backup means it continues to dispense at the programmed times even if power goes out.

How do I programme it?
The built-in timer lets you set meal times and portion sizes — full instructions are included in the box. Most owners find it straightforward to set up.
