FAQ
Is it safe for sensitive cats? Yes — the silicone-tipped needles are designed to be gentle on skin. The mist is cool, not hot, so there's no risk of discomfort.
How long does the battery last? Approximately 60–90 minutes of continuous use. The red LED flashes when the battery is low.
Can I use it on long-haired dogs? It's designed for cats and small dogs. For larger dogs or very thick coats, the spray function helps but coverage per stroke will be slower — work in sections.
Does the mist get the pet wet? Only very lightly — it's a fine mist designed to dampen the fur slightly, not soak it. Most pets tolerate it well.
