Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

How to Return: Please contact us before sending anything back so we can advise the best way to resolve your issue. We will confirm the return address once your request has been approved.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used for hygiene reasons (such as litter trays and grooming tools), unless the item is faulty.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email contact@wewuvpets.com with a photo and your order number. We will resolve it promptly.
